He was predeceased by: his parents, Bud Seibel and Jean Seibel; and his brother Donald. He is survived by: his wife Joan Blair Seibel; his daughter Barbara White (Mark); his grandsons, Sam, Drue (Mattie), Alec (Brittany) and John; his great grandchild Lawson; and his siblings-in-law, Jeanne Blair Perkins and Buddy Perkins.
