He is survived by: his wife Lisa Ford; his children, Richard Dale Ford Jr., Misty Marie Ford, Jackie Ford and Jessica Ford; and his siblings, Johnny Earl Ford, Billy Wayne Ford (Sharon), Donny Ray Ford, Jimmy Dillard Ford Jr. (Frances), George Ford, Martha Halkias, Hazel West, Myrtle Crawley and Sandra Farah. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
