It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Regena Lynn Gipson Holmes (Selma, Alabama), who passed away on February 13, 2020, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his spouse Kevin J. Holmes; his mother Lavada Alexander (W. D.); his children, Horace D. Brown (April), Ebonie D. Dill (Courtney) and Sara Jordan; and his sister Audrey Brooks. He is also survived by five grandchildren, host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
