With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Raymond Shannon of Selma, Alabama, who passed away on May 30, 2021 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Shannon and Luella Shannon; and his son Raymond Earl Shannon. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Shannon; his children, Willie C. Shannon of Byers, Dorothy J. Shannon of Montgomery, Myar Shannon-Long (Phillip) of Calera, Ray Shannon (Kim) of Aurora and Isaac "Wayne" Shannon of Aurora, Colorado.; and his siblings, Emma Likely of Pensacola, Lucille Fikes of Selma and Herman Shannon (JoAnn) of Selma. He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren, and 1 Great-Granddaughter, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given to Miller's Funeral Home to hand over to the Family.
