With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ralph Derryberry (Selma, Alabama), who passed away on February 11, 2021 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherod D. Derryberry, Sr. and Florence Turner Derryberry; his siblings, Barbara Derryberry Rose (Jeff, Sr.), Florence Derryberry Oppy (Paul F., Sr.), Juanita Derryberry Mallow (Earl) and Sherod D. Derryberry, Jr.; his siblings-in-law, Maurice Brown, Jennings Bryan Peeke, Jr. and Myrtle Peeke Romito (Chick); and his parents-in-law, Jennings Bryan Peeke, Sr. and Flora Bell Peeke.
He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Peeke Derryberry; his son David Derryberry (Sandy); his grandchildren, Zac, Sherod and Brooke; his sons, Michael D. Derryberry, Eric and Kevin Derryberry (Connie); and his grandchildren, Cassy Dailey (Scott), Marky and Cameron. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
