He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Caldwell DeBardeleben and Louise Rowell DeBardeleben; his former wife Lisa McMilion; his sister Jewell Butler; and his brothers-in-law, Dr. Charles Butler, Dr. Louis McMilion and Peter McMilion.
He is survived by: his wife Patty Talley Murfee; his children, Cameron Robins (Andy), Lisa Medley (Jim) and Perry C. DeBardeleben, III (Cathy); and his stepchildren, John Murfee (Alison) and Missy Ketchum (Will). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.
