She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifton Eldridge Stone and Verna Nichols Stone; her husband Charles Vernon Taylor; her son Gregory Irvin Taylor; her siblings, Claude Stone, W. E. Stone, James Stone, Ernestine Worrell (Bill), Minnie Vinson (Raymond), Verna Harrison and Martha Pugh (Jimmy); her brother-in-law Charles Hughey; and her daughter-in-law Elizabeth Dixon.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Taylor and Carolyn Hollingshead (Ronnie); her grandchildren, Dee Blackmon (David), Veronica Mott (Justin), Elizabeth Dixon and Charles Taylor; her great grandchildren, Haley Blackmon, Sarah Blackmon, Grady Mott, Justin Dixon, Jacob Dixon, Jordan Dixon and Jennifer Dixon; her sisters, Angerine Hughey and Elodean Vinson (Arnold); and her in-laws, Patricia Stone and Harley Harrison. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home of Selma With (2900 Citizens Pkwy, Selma, AL 36701). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
