He is survived by: his wife Denice Clark; his children, April Elizabeth Clark and Michael David Clark (Dee); his mother Jeanne Parr; his brother Kenneth Earl Clark (Debbie); his sister-in-law Darra Stone of Debbie Clark; and his nieces, Cayla Hicks, Kim Shaner and Jordyn Clark.
