He is survived by: his daughters, Cynthia Crum-Cook (Lee Earnest), Elizabeth "Punnie" Blakes and Nita Sullivan-Davidsson (Ernest); his grandchildren, Marvin Cole-Crum, Roderick, Jasmine Crum, Kenisha Sullivan-Calicat (Paul), Sherieka Sulivan and Kendarius Sullivan; his great grandchildren, Tavion, Carson, Paisley and Soraya; his siblings, Willie Blakes Jr. (late Mary), Bobby Blakes (Yvonne) of Detroit, MI., Eddie "Tim" Blakes of Selma, AL., Georgia Blakes-Williams (David), Rosie Blakes-Henderson and Christine Blakes-Griffin; and his close friends, Rosie Lee, Red and Doss. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
