She was predeceased by: her parents, Bermer Jenkins Shepard and Patsy Ruth Stone Shepard; and her brother Richard Goude (Bucky Shepard). She is survived by: her husband Bart Cruz; her daughters, Jordan Teat (Ethan) and Jessica Cruz (Darnell Ennis); her siblings, Susie Burnside, Debra Davenport (Charlie) and Scott Goude; and her cousin Melinda Andrews. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
