He is survived by: his children, Alston Keith, III (Ellen) of Birmingham and Alicia Keith Beers (Randall) of Tyler, Alabama; his grandchildren, William Martin Keith, Charles Alston Keith, Robert Cobb Beers, Randall Clay Beers, Jr., Frances McMillan Beers and Martha Ann Beers; and his sisters, Margaret Keith of Paris, France and Cordette Keith Wall of Birmingham, Alabama..
