She was predeceased by: her daughter Jane Elizabeth Powe; and her grandmother Ada. She is survived by: her husband Harry Alexander Powe, III; her sons, Garrett Alexander Powe (Patricia), Thomas Christian Powe (Fran), Robert Harrison Powe (Mary Crowley) and David Dillard Powe; her grandchildren, Henry, Hilton, Michael, Mary Stuart and Webb; and also Joyce Wilson (Lee). She is also survived by her husband, her four boys, five grandchildren and her daughters.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Cornerstone Presbyterian Church, O'Neal Comprehensive Cancer Center at UAB and Hospice of West Alabama.
