She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Weedon and Flora Mae Weedon; and her sister Alvin Earl Weedon. She is survived by: her husband Robert Quarles; her children, Donna Q. Kee and Shirley Q. Billingsley; her siblings, Evans L. Weedon (Deanie), James R. Weedon (Audrey) and Dorothy W. Powers; her grandchildren, Kristie Alderman (Jason), Robby Kee (April), Rachel Spahr (William) and Patrick Billingsley (Kristen); and her great grandchildren, Jase Alderman, Anna Catherine Alderman, Mason Spahr, Abby Spahr, Anna Kee, Olivia Kee, Salem Kee, Elliot Billingsley and Jonas Billingsley.
