She is survived by: her children, Brenda Higginbotham (Phillip), Pete Nichols (Sandi), Roger Nichols (Patty), Gennia Banks (Odell) and Eugene Nichols; and her siblings, Maggie Wilkerson (Mack), Myrtice Bedsole (Ronnie) and Peewee Newman (Sunette). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
