He is survived by: his close friend Vickie Booker; his daughters, April Ezelle and Heidi Dean (Chad); his grandchildren, Sophie Dean, Chloe Dean, Christopher Ezelle and Christian Luckie (Logan); his great grandchild Emerlyn Wheeler; and his pet Hank.
