She was predeceased by: her husband Carl R. Britton; her parents, Shelby Sumlin and Estelle Sumlin; and her brother Ed Sumlin. She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Wade, Deborah Williams (James) and Donna Crocker; and her brothers, Carl R. Britton Jr. (Carolyn) and Richard Britton. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.
