She is survived by: her great-nephew Jacky Smith; her nephews, Doug Smith and Harold Smith; her niece Susan Sparks (Michael); her great-nephews, Eric Sparks (Lacy) and Kevin Sparks (Katlyn); and also, Opal, Kendra, Irwin, Wyatt and Bentley.
