He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucy Keith Bibb Webb and Wilmer Webb (Bill); and his grandparents, Betty Hall Bibb, Joseph Robbins Bibb, Annie Yarbrough Webb and Grover Cleveland Webb.
He is survived by: his daughter Taylor Moore Webb Vlack (Russell); his stepdaughters, Aimee LeCroy Turner (Brad) and Keeli LeCroy Osmer (Wesley); and his siblings, Joseph Robbins Bibb Webb and Anne Yarbrough Webb Taylor (Sean). He is also survived by his seven grandchildren and his nieces and nephews.
