She was predeceased by: her parents, William G. Bennett and Emma B. Williams Bennett; her husband Edward C. Hughey; her siblings, Janet Stone, Edna Bennett Driver, Gene Bennett, James Leonard Bennett, Brenda Hisel, Sara Nell Redd, William Bennett, Franklin Bennett and Joe Bennett; and her fathers-in-law, Marshall Hughey (Oda), Willard Hughey, Wilford Ivey (Vivian) and Mason Hughey.
She is survived by: her children, Anita Hughey, Rita Jennings (Danny) and Edward Hughey; her grandchildren, Mallory Jennings (Laura Nemser), Daniel Jennings (Kathryn), Graham and Lily Hughey; her siblings, Shirley Stone (Robert), Bernice Turner (Richard), Connie Phillips (Jackie), Red Bennett, Johnny Bennett (Ann) and Billy Bennett (Dorothy); and her siblings-in-law, Cordelia Hughey, Camille Salter (Gary), Mavis Bennett, Gene Hisel and Howell Stone. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
