She was predeceased by: her parents, James Edward Dance and Rubye Henry Dance; and her husband Milton Barry Thompson. She is survived by: her daughters, Teresa Thompson Casey (Scott) and Angela Thompson Tanger (Andy); her grandchildren, Dr. James Logan Casey (Alieta), Callen Casey Martin (Michael) and Hayden Casey Burch (Forrest); her great grandchildren, Lola Marie Casey, Charles Roger Casey, Milton Strother Casey, William Scott Martin, Selma Dance Martin and Galloway Sims Burch; and her brother-in-law Jan Garrison Thompson.
