He was predeceased by: his father James E. Harrell. He is survived by: his son Tim Harrell (Michelle); his brother Ronnie Harrell (Pam); his aunt Phyllis Davis; and his nieces, Tina Hayes (George), Paula Barlow (Wayne), Angie Harrell and Christie English.
