He is survived by: his mother Mary Duke; his wife Peggy Davidson Duke; his stepchildren, Clint Crawford (Hannah Smith) and Stacy Hill (Brent); his grandchildren, Allen Crawford (Morgan), Elizabeth Hill, Cody Hill, Cheyenne Sheffield and Wyatt Sheffield; his great grandchildren, Cruz Crawford and Camden Crawford; and his brothers, Edwin Duke (Gina), Johnny Duke (Patsy) and Keith Duke (Nina). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
