He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Ray Powell, Sr. and Helen Melvina Helton Powell; and his brother Tommy Powell. He is survived by: his siblings, Libby Weaver and Billy Powell (K. D.); and his nephews, Coleman Powell, Brandon Weaver and Derek Weaver (Victoria).
The family will not hold services at this time due to COVID-19.
