He was predeceased by: his parents, John M. Parker, Sr. and Lena Doris Parker; and his sister Cleta Parker Reinhart. He is survived by: his wife Jan Parker; his children, Justin Parker (Alice) and Michelle Harper (Randy); his grandchildren, Mary Grace Parker, Lena Anne Parker, Marc Meador and Christian Meador; and his sister Diane Teel (Charles).
