He is survived by: his wife Betty Louise Hooker; his children, James Dean Hooker (Debra) and Terri Sellers; his grandchildren, Jonathan Bennett Sellers, Joshua Tyler Sellers and James Garnett Hooker; and his great grandchild Cadence Ahnna Marie Hooker.
