It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jo Ann Huffman (Selma, Alabama), who passed away on April 7, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleveland D. Philyaw and Mazie V. Schaffer; her husband Harris H. "Sparkey" Huffman, Sr.; her son Stephen Raye Huffman; and her sisters, Dorothy, Carol, Nancy and Helen.
She is survived by: her children, Harris H. Huffman, Jr. (Leah), Kathy Smitherman, Kim H. Edwards (Robert) and Karen Waters; her grandchildren, Lynn House, Stacy Smitherman (Randy), Kellie Odom (David), Noah Reid (Laura), Schaffer Reid (Anne) and Shannon Waters; and her pet Buck. She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren; two sisters; a brother-in-law; a sister-in-law.
No visitation will be held due to COVID precautions.
