He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry A. Vaughan and Christine R. Vaughan of Selma; and his sister Amy B. Casey of Birmingham. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary V. Vaughan-Mayer (Dinny) of Hamburg, Germany and Henry A. Vaughan III of Atlanta, Georgia; and his son Christopher R. Vaughan of Los Angeles, California..
