He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joyce Small; his children, Jimbo Small (Vanessa), Michelle Small Sebren, Whitley Chandler (Roger) and Charles Gilmore (Martha); his grandchildren, Ashley Small (Abigail), Robin Small, Hunter Hopkins (Riley), Kendall Mott, Ivy Small, Ariel Small and Alexis Small; his brother Bill Small; his parents, W. H. Small and Ruby Small; his brothers, David Small, Sr., Jack Small and Gregory Foster; his nephews, Bryant Smith and Butch Foster; and his friend Football of Alabama.
