He was predeceased by: his son Jamie Middleton; and his siblings, Gordon Middleton, Robert Middleton, Edward Middleton and Joe Bill Langston.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Middleton; his children, Charlene McCloud, James Curtis Tidwell, Heather Denise Middleton, Daniel and Lisa; his grandchildren, Kathryn Freeman, Kaitlyn Freeman, Christopher Freeman, Mackenzie Dillow, Addison Dillow, James Thomas, Khloe Middleton, Stormy Middleton, Savannah, Anna and Hayden; his siblings, Mary Ann Langston and Laurie Ann Rich (John Clibrey); and his daughter-in-law Jennifer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
