He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Harmon Cobb and Ruby Buchannan Cobb; and his brother Grady H. Cobb. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy J. Cobb; his children, James T. Cobb, Jr., Anthony D. Cobb and Lisa M. Seitrich; and his sister Betty Ruth Goodman.
