He was predeceased by: his parents, Simmon Clifford Headley and Clemie E. Walker Headley. He is survived by: his siblings, Gordon Headley, Earnest Headley, Walter Headley, Dewey Headley, Edward Headley, Emmett Headley, Marie Victor, Minnie Manderson and Betty Ruth Hayes; his wife Linda Fay Headley; his daughter Beverly Kay Harris (Bruce); and his grandchildren, Jonathan Harris (Kristin) and Ashley Harris. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
