She is survived by: her children, Raymond Cook (Kay), Georgia Harris (Mark), Curtis Cook (Janie), Charles "Chuck" Cook (Susan) and Roger Cook (Missy); and her sisters, Hazel Plummer and Brenda Foshee. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
