He was predeceased by: his father Harry Gordon Rylee; and his grandchild Ethan Rylee. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ingram Rylee; his children, Timothy Richard Rylee (Felicia), Tony Ray Rylee (Karan) and Noah Trent Rylee; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Rylee, Emma Rylee, Cannon Rylee, Caiden Rylee and Camdyn Rylee; his mother Janie Drake Saggus; and his siblings, Michael Richard Rylee, Lee Monette Rylee and Carol Rylee Manning. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
