He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Lee and Margaret Broadnax; and his sister Melba Patricia Broadnax. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Scott Broadnax; his children, Grady William Broadnax Jr. (Tiplah), Katy, Camille B. Redwine (Tarus), Hueytown, Talonda B. Astacio (Robert) and Valencia M. O'Neal; his siblings, Shirley B. Munford of Atlanta, GA and Reginald M. Broadnax; and his sister-in-law Maria J. Scott of Columbus, OH. He is also survived by 8 Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
