She is survived by: her husband Gary Courtney; her daughters, Susan Martin, Jessica Rose (Robert) and Shanda Castleberry (Randall); her siblings, Maxine Gaines (Robert), Mary McCloud, Lynn McCloud, Robert McCloud (Mary) and Donald McCloud; and her grandchildren, Danica Martin, Ann-Miller Howe, Avery Rose, Adalee Rose, Trenton Castleberry and Willow Castleberry. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
