She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Alphonso and Vesta Ida Moore Willis; her husband Ulysses Delbert Chappelle; and her son Christopher Eric Chappelle. She is survived by: her children, Michael Chappelle (Christine), Jonathan Chappelle (Debby), Lisa Chappelle Burrow (Steve), Renè Chappelle Lockhart (Ric), ReAnna Chappelle Westbrook (Travis) and Destiny Chappelle; and her sister Vivian Hollis (Bob). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren.
