She was predeceased by: her husband Billy; her parent Zelebee Boutwell; and her siblings, Robert Boutwell, Joseph Boutwell, Alfred Boutwell, Lucky Boutwell, William Boutwell, Agnes Oliver and Aline Goudeau.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Lockhart (Mike), Tracy Thames (George), Robert Bond (Torrie) and Rebecca Nichols (Jeffrey); her grandchildren, Aaron Lockhart, McKenzie Pruitt (Peyton), Addison Bond, Miles Avery Bond, Justin Thames, Alanna Brackin (Michael), Sam Thames, Kaleb Nichols and Olivia Nichols; her great grandchildren, Kilee-Ann Thames and Sara Eden Bracken; and her siblings, Edward Boutwell, Margeline Lewis, Margie Crump and Betty Ann Boutwell. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
