She is survived by: her husband Joseph Thomas "Jody" Pilcher, III of Selma, Alabama; her children, Joseph Thomas Pilcher, IV (Ginnie) of Fairhope, Eric Pilcher of Tahoe City and Jaime Pilcher Ward (Tripp) of Winston-Salem; her grandchildren, Tinsley Pilcher, Jody Pilcher V, Elizabeth Pilcher, Winn Pilcher, Will Pilcher, Emmary Pilcher, Anderson Ward and Ellie Ward; her mother Martha "Betty" Floyd Griffing; and her brothers, John Griffing (Sherry) and Jerry Griffing.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in loving memory of her to the Selma-Dallas County Public Library.
