She was loved and cherished by many people including: her friend Joe Hill Jr.; her children, Deborah Rowe (David Pratt), Latosha Towe (Richard Anderson), Tony Rowe (Teresa) and Trenda Rowe (Tarrell Malone); her siblings, Shirley Welch (James), Brenda Rowe, Betty Petty and Charles Rowe; and her sisters-in-law, Evelyn and Elizabeth Hill. She was also cherished by ten grand-children, four great-grand children, one great-grand son, one great grand daughter.
