He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Luker Meeks (Doc); his grandchildren, Kelly Ann Osbon (Jesse), McKenna Meeks, Anna Grace Meeks, Mary Peyton Meeks and Faith Irwin; his great grandchildren, Alivia Meeks and Matthew Earl-Osbon; his siblings, Willard Luker (Marie), Billy Luker (Shelton), Bobby Luker (Patty), Nancy Breland (Ed), Wanda Cooper (Larry) and Ruth Ann Lee (Daniel); and his siblings-in-law, Juan Enriquez and Rosa Aguilar. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
