With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Doris Holland (Selma, Alabama), born in Mineral Wells, Texas, who passed away on October 16, 2018 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Doley Weldon Shero and Eva Jean McMinn Shero (Homer Lee Holland); and her sons, Richard "Ricky" Alan Holland and Robert Mark Holland. She is survived by: her sons, Michael Lynn Holland (Carol) of Plano, TX and David Lee Holland of New York City; her sister Fran Shero Davis; her siblings-in-law, Charles David Bagby, II and Alta Jerrine Holland Crawford (Bobby) of Lillian, AL; her grandchildren, Michael Shero Holland of Tempe, AR and Melissa Cher Holland Roach (Sean); her great grandchildren, Ethan Michael Roach and Brenna Caitlin Roach of Savannah, TX; her friend Bo Spencer; and her husband Holland Jewelers. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces.
