He is survived by: his wife Teresa C. O'Shields; his children, Michele Lewis (Randy), Shannon E. O'Shields and Kevin O'Shields (Cindy); his grandchildren, Zoe Bradley (Joshua), Taylor Williams, Dawson Williams, Malcom Jones and Jamison O'Shields; his great grandchild Ryleigh Williams; and his sister Ruth Hicks.
Flowers will accepted or memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
