He is survived by: his wife Peggy Miley Fendley; his children, Gerald Fendley (Tonya) and Saundra Girlie (Kenny); his grandchildren, Hayden Fendley, Hanna Fendley, Rebecca Fendley, Lauren Smitherman, Cole Dixon, Benson Girlie, Myranda Girlie Langston and Kaylee Girlie; and his siblings, William Blackman, Evie Thomas (Vernon), Shirley Thacker (Arlon), Ann Bedgood and Linda York (Farron). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
