He was predeceased by: his mother Judy Francine Holland Bagby; and his great-niece Elizabeth Grace "Lizzie" Hines. He is survived by: his father Charles David Bagby, Jr.; his wife Melissa R. "Lisa" Bagby; his children, Charles David "Chad" Bagby, IV and Tori Holland Bagby; his sister Mundi Fancher (Jeff); his nieces and nephews, Amanda Collins (Eddie), Joshua Collins (Brandy), Margaret "Maggie" Porter (Brett) and John Morgan Rinehart; his great-niece Michaela Knox (David); and also Alaina Knox.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
