He was predeceased by: his parents, Odell McCullough and Lucille McCullough; his brother Leroy McCullough; his daughter Dana Cook; and his sisters, Ruth Wood, Dot Green, Annie Ray Stone and Carolyn Rhodes.
He is survived by: his children, Destiny Finch (Jon), Kristy Farris (Ray) and Brandy Ray (Bubba); and his grandchildren, Remington Finch, Sierra Longfellow, Jasmine Grier, Kennedy Grier, Kipton Ray and Landon Cook.
