She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Cullefer, Sr. and Marilyn House Kennerly; her husband Aubrey W. Cason; her close friend Gordon Gougler; her daughter Tracy Bailey; her son-in-law Randy Pugh; and her sister Cecilia Mullins.

She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Hughes Pugh; her son-in-law Jim Bailey; her grandchildren, Quinton Pugh (Courtney), Summer Adams (Aaron), Madison Ashcraft (Austin) and Graham Bailey; her great grandchildren, Mary Charles Pugh, Ellis Pugh, Elizabeth Adams and James Trace Bailey; and her siblings, Sharon Warbington (James) and William Wade (Grace). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home, Inc. (2900 Citizens Pkwy, Selma, AL 36701). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the New Live Oak Cemetery (110 W Dallas Ave, Selma, AL 36701).
