She was predeceased by: her parents, Phil Phillips and Lora Phillips; her husband Floyd Pitts; her daughter Melba Sellers; and her brother Bruce Phillips.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Miley, Phyllis Parten, Billy Pitts (Angie) and Doug Pitts. She is also survived by 10 Grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home, Inc. (2900 Citizens Pkwy, Selma, AL 36701). A graveside service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the New Live Oak Cemetery (110 W Dallas Ave, Selma, AL 36701).
