He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Richard Boozer and Mattie Griffith Boozer; and his wife Danna Lou Boozer. He is survived by: his daughters, Judy Boozer and Susan Howell (John); his granddaughter Lynn Haskell (Scott); his great grandchildren, Anthony Haskell (Jamie), Patrick Haskell, Preston Haskell and Heather Haskell; and his great great grandchildren, Everly Haskell, Saylor Haskell, Noah Haskell, Addy Agee, Waylon Agee and Kason Agee. He is also survived by his family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Fairview Baptist Church.
