She was predeceased by: her husband Allen Cale; her parents, Howard Clyde and Corrie Estelle Phillips (Berry); and her siblings, Barbara Dell Phillips and William Howard Phillips.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Kay Cale, Donna Faye Thornell, Robert Micheal Harper and Jeffery Lynn Cale; her grandchild Michael Shane Hatfield of Crystal Rheaume; and her great grandchildren, Nolan Alan Rheaume and Catherine Olivia Perry. She is also survived by numerous other grandchildren and great grandchildren.
