He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Huggins (BJ) and Hazel Huggins; his son Bryan Huggins; his sister Mary Hockhalter (Wayne); and his niece Ashley Cofield.
He is survived by: his sons, Jeremy (Valerie) and Michael Huggins (Lydia); his daughter-in-law Jeanette Huggins; his sisters, Bonnie Mott (Lamar), Irma Cofield and Tammy Leon (Eric); his nieces, Stephanie Ellington (Brian), Jayme Moody (Danny) and Carrie Clarke (Luke); his nephew Corey Brennan (Leah); and his grandchildren, Moriah Taylor, Calissa Battle (Duncan), Katelynn Huggins, Naomi Huggins, Jacob Huggins and Elaina Huggins.
